Dear athletes, coaches, guests and ski mountaineering enthusiasts,
Welcome to the Youth World Cup Malinô Brdo, held right in the heart of the Veľká Fatra National Park – Malinô Brdo ski & bike park! This location, known for its wild nature and breathtaking views, offers the perfect conditions for ski mountaineering as well as other winter sports.
Malinô Brdo and its surroundings hold a special place in many hearts. Close to the historic town of Ružomberok, surrounded by dense forests and the peaceful landscape of the Veľká Fatra, this resort combines the beauty of untouched nature with the energy of modern sports life. Thanks to its excellent conditions, Malinô Brdo is one of Slovakia’s favorite ski mountaineering destinations.

Our vision is to support and develop ski mountaineering not only among young athletes but also among all mountain sports enthusiasts within the beautiful environment of the Veľká Fatra National park. Our activities include organizing training sessions, events and competitions which provide opportunities for growth, exploring nature and deepening a passion for this challenging yet incredibly beautiful sport.
Malino Skialpteam is composed of dedicated athletes, coaches and volunteers who are full of energy and enthusiasm for ski mountaineering. Together, we strive to create a safe and inspiring environment for all members and supporters while respecting and protecting the natural heritage of our region. We aim to connect the sports community and promote ski mountaineering as an essential part of an active lifestyle.
